The redesigned editor screens in Clooz 4 keep everything easily accessible for you. Additional related records are displayed in a side panel.

Subject Record Editor

 

Information Record Editor

Make your data transcription easier using the new built-in media viewer to display images, pdf files, text or spreadsheets, and enter your data for tabular records using the new template style matching those types of records.

Edit Subject records These are records in the Clooz database representing the Subjects being researched, and contain summary information about the Subject such as the birth, marriage, and death dates for people. and Sources A source record in Clooz should be viewed as the higher level components of a source citation. Citation details are pulled from the citing Information Record. from within the Information Record Information Records in Clooz hold the content information coming from a document or other source. These differ from a Source record that contains most of the citation information describing the docment, or the Repository record referring to the facility or online service where the document was found. User-Definable Rating Fields

Use the new user-definable rating fields to represent positive or negative ratings.

 

Event and Family Data

You can now extract and save multiple events and parent child relationships to compare with those in other information records.
